What we collect
When you purchase Cleer, we collect the email address you provide before checkout. This email is used solely to deliver your license key and to associate the license with your activation. We do not store or process payment card details β Stripe handles all payment processing independently.
How we use your information
Your email address is used exclusively for: (1) delivering your license key and download link after purchase, and (2) associating the license with your Mac activation. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content. We do not share, sell, or rent your email address to any third party.
Data storage and retention
Your email address and license key are stored securely in our database for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion of your license data, we will remove your information within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single cookie (cleer-lang) to remember your language preference across visits. This cookie contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. Stripe may set its own cookies during the checkout process; please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment card details directly and processes them according to their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. We never see or store your full card number.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request deletion of your data, by contacting cleer@deepzero.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
