By purchasing or using Cleer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

Terms of Service

License
Each purchase of Cleer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one (1) Mac computer. The license is tied to the email address you provide at checkout. If you replace your Mac, unbind the license in Settings and bind it on the new Mac.
Payment
Cleer is a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout ($13.99 USD before any valid promotional discount). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with Cleer, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting cleer@deepzero.ai. Refunds are processed at our discretion.
Software use
Cleer is designed to help you inspect and clean up files on your Mac. While the app uses preview-first workflows and safe defaults, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and confirming any cleanup actions. We are not liable for data loss resulting from your use of the software.
Disclaimer of warranties
Cleer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will meet all of your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price you paid.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Cleer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
